Bryan’s appointment represents the conclusion of a planned restructuring programme undertaken during the past months.
David Lowe, RPC Tedeco-Gizeh UK general manager said: ”The key to RPC Kenfig’s success has always been its market leading product quality, customer service and the ability to form positive developmental partnerships with its customers. With the increases in plastic cup design projects in addition to customised decoration, the change represents an increased focus on the sales support and development service available for our customers. Bryan brings with him a depth of knowledge and experience that will not only improve the RPC operation, but equally important he will help the growth of our customer’s businesses.”
Bryan added: “This is a really exciting time for RPC Tedeco-Gizeh that is reflected in the positive customer partnerships both in place and developing. We certainly have a lot to offer to both our existing and new customers.”
Adrian Pratt will leave the RPC business on 31st December 2012 to pursue career options elsewhere. David Lowe commented: “During recent months it became evident to Adrian that front line sales were not core to him. After many years of service within our industry performing marketing roles it was clear that it was within the marketing field where preferences lay. Adrian’s contribution to our business is both valued and appreciated and he goes forward with our blessing to pursue marketing based opportunities.”
Adrian added: “It was reflective of my positive working relationship with RPC that we could sit down some months past and agree a restructure programme which was beneficial for both the RPC Kenfig business, its customers as well as my own career. I have spent many year’s within a marketing environment and it is there that I hope to return. During the next few weeks I will support a full hand-over process before leaving at the end of December 2012. It has been a pleasure working for the RPC group and I wish it every success in the future.”
