NIVO has named the winners of the Annual NIVO Supplier of the Year for 2020. This award and recognition scheme has been in place for the past 12 years and has resulted in many companies receiving increased acknowledgement from the industry.
The survey is conducted electronically and confidentially and receives responses from all parts of the country.
“We ensure all companies are included in a wide spectrum of categories and factor in 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, before reaching to final scores for each category,” said business manager Michelle Hefferon.
“In each previous year, the winners attend a celebration lunch near the NIVO offices in Leeds. This year, the actual award ceremony had to be postponed, but we wanted the recognition to be given and to celebrate the great service the winners have provided.
“The companies that have won, understand the issues of our operators and work to find solutions. I believe that this is just one of the reasons that they have been voted for. The past year has been challenging but the ‘NIVO Approved Supply Partners’ have provided products to overcome these challenges and continue to support the vending industry.”
Wayne Wanklyn, vending sales controller at Aimia Foods, is delighted with the award. He said: “To receive an award that is voted for by the members themselves always means a great deal, and this one is no exception.
