Mondelēz International has been named a Top Employer in the UK and Europe according to a survey by The Top Employers Institute.
The certification recognises top employers by evaluating companies in 20 different areas including people strategy, work environment, talent programmes and diversity and inclusion.
Following assessment, the Top Employers Institute revealed that Mondelēz International achieved a 93.84% average across all areas, putting it among the top companies to work for.
Commenting on the achievement, Maria Metodieva, people lead Northern Europe, said: “We are delighted to have received the Top Employer certification in the United Kingdom and Europe.
