Eau de Vie hits the streets of London

Sustainable filtered water system manufacturer, Eau de Vie, has acquired a new fleet of vans to cope with rising demand for its innovative solutions.

The four new liveried vans will become a familiar site near some of the leading hospitality establishments in London as fans such as Lyle’s – the newest must-attend restaurant in Shoreditch – are added to an increasingly high end client list.

Eau de Vie filtered water systems are an increasingly attractive prospect for hospitality professionals looking to counter the environmental impact of bottled water use.  Utilising its patented Silver6 filter technology Eau de Vie solutions can produce unlimited amounts of fresh still and sparkling filtered water, which can be bottled on-site in personalised branded bottles offering a unique marketing opportunity.

This innovative solution has also been recognised as hugely cost-effective, saving money on energy consumption, waste management and product purchasing.  As such, it has been adopted by leading restaurateurs and chefs including Angela Hartnett, Eric Chavot and Mitch Tonks to name but a few.

Over the past year Eau de Vie has reported massive success in attracting new customers, resulting in a need to double its maintenance crew in London.  Each of the new Eau de Vie vans will be responsible for installs, service & filter changes

David Smithson, CEO of Eau de Vie commented:  “Eau de Vie solutions are synonymous with exceptionally high standards, as our client list testifies.  This is a result of consistent product development, and a team that genuinely values every customer and their needs.

“As a result we have added a number of new clients to our ever expanding list, and doubled our London-based fleet of maintenance vans to cope with demand and to maintain the reputation we have built up for great service and a fantastic product.”

Eau de Vie offers a range of filtered water systems to suit any size operation, from small table top taps to the latest in its product line – the POU machine – a free-standing system that can produce unlimited amounts of fresh still and sparkling filtered water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
