The Automatic Vending Association (AVA) is set to mark its 90thanniversary this year and is planning an event, AVA Live, to celebrate and demonstrate the full range of AVA activity.
AVA Live will be held over two days and will include a high-level leadership symposium alongside a 90thbirthday party.
Traditionally, the AVA has held a bi-annual, large scale exhibition also known as AVEX. This was last held at the NEC in 2017 but the group now believes it is time for a change. Rather than competing against other exhibitions, the AVA has decided to do something a little different to help companies and businesses within the vending industry.
Held at the Hilton Metropole in central London, AVA Live will take place on June 13 and 14. The anniversary party will be held on the first day with plenty of free drinks, games and the chance to win one of 90 prizes. Tickets are £120 for AVA members or £150 for non-members.
The second day will be dedicated to the leadership symposium to include workshops, seminars and showcases which aim to keep businesses and the sales teams ahead of the curve. This symposium will welcome high-profile speakers who will explore the trends in the vending industry and will also include hard-hitting, practical workshop, masterclasses and factual presentations. The event promises excellent networking to help guests build their business with colleagues old and new.
There will be AVA led talks, training and also an AVA timeline to toast vending history since 1929. Tickets for this day are free to all AVA members or £120 for non-members.
