Last month, Televend, the European automated retail solution for logistic operations, opened its first office in London. Televend has been presenting at the UK market at Vendex shows for a couple of years and has been a member of the AVA association since the last year. With the new office, Televend believes it will strengthen already established relations with British vending companies.
“Our international presence relies strongly on the vast network of affiliates and offices to provide top-notch consultations, support, and onboarding to local vending operators and companies. We count over 25 global distributors and offices, mainly in Europan countries such as Italy, Spain, and France. With the new branch in London and our UK representative Richard Davies, our doors for partnerships with British companies are wide open,” Televend’s sales and commercial director, Dubravko Hendija, said.
Televend serves international companies and enterprises such as Selecta, Coca-Cola, Shell, and JDE, with over 300 000 machines connected to their platform. The company is most known for its logistic optimisation solution, but in the last few years, Televend expanded to cashless payment and loyalty management, creating a well-rounded offer for automatic retail.
“We see the opportunity to optimise vending processes of British companies, especially in this market where employers have difficulties finding and retaining employees. Our logistic operations platform is based on AI technology and real-time data, which enables optimizations at each step of the process and more efficiency with the same number of employees. From showing your warehouse workers what to pack in the morning to planning routes for merchandisers and dispatching technicians for service visits during the day to telling them where to collect money in the afternoon.” Dubravko said.
