Schaerer has expanded the versatility of its popular Coffee Skye machine with the launch of its patented Best Foam milk system, available as an optional upgrade from October. Previously exclusive to the Schaerer Coffee Soul range, Best Foam technology delivers barista-quality milk foam in a compact format – perfect for venues with limited space but high expectations for coffee quality.

Designed for locations with a medium daily output of up to 180 cups, the Schaerer Coffee Skye combines a small footprint with powerful performance and customisable options. The addition of Best Foam allows operators to finely tune milk temperature and foam texture – from cold to hot, and from liquid to firm – ensuring consistently silky, stable results across all milk-based drinks. When paired with Schaerer’s Twin Milk system, the upgrade also enables the creation of high-quality foam from both dairy and plant-based milks.

The Coffee Skye’s compact design, integrated 4.9-litre water tank and modular configuration make it suitable for cafés, hotels, and mobile catering. A mains water connection version is also available. Recent enhancements include an optional rear cover for a polished freestanding look and a new bean container extension that doubles capacity to 1.5kg.

Practicality remains at the heart of the Coffee Skye’s design. Easy front access to all key connections simplifies installation, while side openings make attaching milk cooling units straightforward. Function lighting on the beverage outlet indicates machine status at a glance, ensuring smooth operation and quick servicing.

Combining premium coffee quality, flexible configuration, and advanced milk technology, the Schaerer Coffee Skye with Best Foam sets a new benchmark for professional coffee systems in compact spaces.
