With the recent appointment of James Nield-Smith, SB Software, the makers of Vendmanager and Coffeemanager, have now increased their team of technical account managers (TAMs) in the field across the UK/Eire to three.
As well as further improving geographical coverage (each SBS client is allocated their own dedicated TAM, who supplements regular ongoing remote contact with on-site visits, to monitor and accelerate continuous improvement), James brings valuable additional skills and experience to boost the expertise already on-tap in-house.
His background includes experience in the finance and payment sectors – positions in (international) customer success plus technical and client management – qualifications and roles in training and coaching.
Previously, James has worked on-site with/for prestigious companies including Pay.UK, Bank of America, Worldline and Nationwide Building Society, on projects/accounts spanning Europe and stretching as far as India.
Dan Varney, head of operations at SBS explains: “We always do our best to recruit ahead of the curve. Of late, we have increased head count in both help-desk and software development and now James will add further to our ability to help clients leverage the most out of our solutions. We don’t “just” want to sell the best system there is, we are committed to helping you achieve what you want (or need), sooner and easier.”
