The EVA has announced that registrations are now open for EVEX 2025 – the European Vending Experience – which is set to take place in Split, Croatia, from 9 – 12 September at the luxurious 5-star Le Méridien Lav.
Since 2015, EVEX has grown into one of the industry’s most anticipated annual gatherings, combining cutting-edge innovation, thought leadership, and powerful networking in Europe’s most vibrant destinations. After successful editions in cities like Rome, Bucharest, and Cannes, it’s time to meet where the Adriatic sparkles and history meets hospitality.
This year, EVEX is once again fully organised by the European Vending & Coffee Service Association (EVA) and will involve four days of immersive activities, with a focus theme of Artifical Intelligence in our sector.
Highlights of the event programme include:
- A welcome reception on Tuesday evening to kick off the experience in true Mediterranean style
- A trade show for two and and half days featuring the latest vending and coffee and unattended retail technologies
- The latest market information and important public affairs developments during the EVA General Assembly, featuring important elections for the new Executive Committee.
- Conferences and workshops, including a keynote from AI strategist Matthew Blakemore, exploring the future of artificial intelligence in our industry
- Inspiring sessions by Arnaud Llamas Bravo, who will share how AI can transform team performance and operational efficiency
- An early demonstration of the new industry specification that will enable seemless communication between devices, and help future-proof the sector.
- Networking opportunities – a core compotent of EVEX – including a scenic boat cruise to the centre of Split from the hotel’s private marina
- A balance of work and leisure with gourmet meals, social events, and wellness experiences
