Bravilor Bonamat is scaling new heights with the BSRS200 water filter system, designed to protect hot beverage equipment from the damaging effects of limescale build-up.
Unwanted scale can affect the quality of water used to make hot beverages, which in turn can alter the taste and aroma and clarity of the drink itself. The build up of scale in the machine can also result in expensive and unscheduled maintenance calls, interrupting the hot beverage service while repairs are carried out.
The new scale reduction system filters out odours and tastes such as chlorine, and reduces water hardness, ensuring a top quality drink every time while extending the life of the machine. Suitable for all Bravilor Bonamat equipment connected to the mains water supply, where the water is average to very hard, the system works on the basis of ion exchange, and uses active carbon to ensure optimum taste, odour and clarity of hot drinks. Capacity is dependent on the hardness of the water in the local area but is approximately 1.600 litres at 10 degrees dH.
The BSRS200 takes up little space, and is supplied complete with a filter head, filter and connection hoses. A built-in water shut off function makes it quick and easy to install replacement filters, which are available separately as required.
