USA Rice Federation organised a seminar and workshop during September for students at Westminster college of catering to demonstrate the benefits of U.S Rice.
The UK is an important market for American Rice and these seminars present an excellent opportunity to talk directly to the chefs of tomorrow who will be responsible for their own decision making in the future. Further seminars are planned in with other catering colleges during the next few month.
