The EVA AGM 2010 and the conference on “The ins and outs of European lobbying: speaking up for vending in Brussels today” are taking place at the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in Brussels on 8 and 9 December. As always, a mix of networking and entertainment will be part of the programme.
During the AGM, the EVA will be showing their most recent activities and successes, as well as the Association’s two-year Business Plan.
A cocktail is being organized at the European Parliament, where participants will have the unique opportunity of meeting some of the MEPs and their assistants, representing their respective countries. An appropriate setting to introduce the vending industry to the MEPs, behind the scenes. The cocktail will be followed by a dinner at the prestigious ‘Bibliothèque Solvay’ giving an opportunity to network with European colleagues.
Reduced rates for AVA members
This 2-day event is a must-attend for every decision-maker in the industry. Registration is open until 24 November 2010. There is a limited number of hotel rooms available at the set rate, and the security list of those wishing to participate at the European Parliament cocktail has to be sent by 17 November.
