Seaga UK invests in customer service

Seaga UK has appointed Rob Kelly in the role of Operations Manager, to play a key role in ensuring that the company’s business operations are efficient and effective, in line with Seaga’s expanding market share in the UK and Europe. Rob brings over 25 years of engineering and service experience to the team.
Rob is already implementing new service management and supply chain systems to ensure that Seaga UK’s customers will benefit from an excellent level of service.
“I am learning that the vending industry requires a complete endto- end level of service,” explained Rob. “We are putting systems in place to streamline the turnaround and delivery of Seaga products and spares which will only add to the high level of service already on offer.”
