New Chillout responds to demand
British manufacturer DarenthMJS has unveiled its latest machine development – the Chillout slim-line can and bottle vendor. The Chillout will handle a wide range of can and bottle products, including standard 330ml cans, ‘premium’ 250ml cans (such as Red Bull) and a wide range of PET bottled products, including the YAZOO flavoured milk products now very popular in schools.
The unit is available in three colour/finish options, including DarenthMJS’s new Carbon Fibre effect, and the display panel features (programmable) lighting effects designed to maximise impulse purchase opportunities.
“We have designed this new machine to address a particular market need”, commented Mark Simpson, Managing Director of DarenthMJS. “For some time now, dealers have been telling us that they are finding it harder and harder to place large can and bottle machines practically anywhere outside of leisure facilities, particularly as so many office/factory sites seem to be downsizing at the moment and the throughput of products just doesn’t justify a huge machine.
“The Chillout is designed to build on the considerable success that we have enjoyed for many years with our IceBreak half-height can vendor, but in a floor standing format. We feel this new unit will be easy to place in even the smallest of offices, schools and similar facilities. We have a number of dealers who are saying they would rather place several smaller units like this, anyway, as opposed to one big machine, giving the benefits of multiple points of presence and higher throughput. We are very excited about this new development, convinced that it demonstrates DarenthMJS’ commitment to driving our industry forward through true innovation.”
