Most chefs know that Philadelphia cream cheese makes a delicious dessert ingredient, but few are aware of its full versatility. The team at Philadelphia, with the help of professional chef, Sophie Wright, has developed a new range of recipe ideas to inspire chefs to discover how this quality ingredient can be used in many tasty new ways.

Dishes using Philadelphia will be available to taste at the show, with recipe leaflets to take away. Appetising suggestions include Coriander & Chilli Crab Cakes, Champagne & Elderflower Cheesecake and Ham Hock, Pea & Mint Pappardelle plus many other mouth watering recipe ideas for canapés, sauces and marinades.

Kraft Foods, Proud Sponsors of Sustainability & Innovation at Hotelympia

A principal theme at the Show will be sustainability, and in fact the whole Show will be run under a new BS 8901 sustainability standard.

Kraft Foods is making sustainability part of every decision it takes and is very proud to be sponsoring Hotelympia’s Sustainability Innovation Lounges, featured around the Show, and the Sustainable Hospitality Conference.

Sustainability Innovation Lounges will offer visitors a place to meet, relax and be inspired and will consist of a lounge area incorporating sustainably sourced furniture, as well as “Innovation Pods” – interactive, touch‐screen units showcasing the Hotelympia “Innovation Awards” finalists, where visitors will be invited to vote for their favourite concept or product. Within the lounge featured in the ‘Sustainability area’ at the Show visitors will be able to view Kraft Foods Better World approach to sustainability and see how the company is measuring its performance.
