A Vendie, or a Vending Industry Award, is the highest accolade the industry can bestow. It represents an independent stamp of endorsement, and industry-wide recognition for your achievements over the past year.
From touchscreens and cashless payment to flavour revolution and business acumen, the last 12 months have seen incredible advances in the vending industry. The competition this year is going to be fierce, and the Vendies team can’t wait to see the quality of entries! The Vendies are completely free to enter, with a well tried and secure judging/voting system ensuring total credibility of the process.
Vending International Features Editor Bryony Andrews explained the changes to the entry process for 2015: “New categories such as Best Machine Innovation Concept, Best Payment or Cashless System and Best New Product have been introduced, among others, and the entry forms have been streamlined and standardised. The new layout will allow entrants to detail the reasons the company/individual should win the Vendie in a maximum of 500 words, ensuring entries are clear and concise, speeding up the process and putting all entrants on a level playing field.”
