The California Raisin Innovation Award 2010 has produced a fantastic winner in Snowbird foods from London for their Lamb and Raisin Poppers with California Raisins. These meatballs use 30% natural California Raisins and 5% California Raisin juice concentrate in the ingredients and are available as ready meals and through the foodservice sector. Runner up prize was awarded to Rich products from Hampshire for their Luxury Fruited Bread with California Raisins.
