Alpine Vending Co are pleased to announce the acquisition of the machine park and assets of Liverpool based vending operator
Merseyvend. The acquisition was completed and officially finalised on Tuesday 14th February 2018, all vending activities will now operate out of the Hoylake Wirral depot.
Commenting on the acquisition John Hazelhurst managing director of the Wirral based AVS member Alpine Vending said “we are extremely excited about our recent acquisition, as Merseyside’s only AVA member and largest vending machine operator, we are confident we can improve if not exceed our new customers service expectations and look forward to the challenge ahead.
