Aimia Foods has announced further investment in its plant facilities – based at Haydock, UK – following the success of its £1m continuous agglomeration facility which was installed 12 months ago.
To further widen its expertise and attract new brand owners seeking production solutions, Aimia has announced the installation of a brand new pouch packing line, which it expects will be fully operational by June.
Aimia already has an excellent track record in the production of some of the UK’s best-selling branded and private label products, including hot chocolates, coffee, milk powders and soups. The addition of pouch packing will enable Aimia’s plant facilities to be even more flexible in terms of the diversity of products it can produce.
The announcement follows hot on the heels of further excellent news for the company as it was recently awarded A* certification by the British Retail Consortium (BRC), becoming the only beverage business in the UK to hold this accolade.
